- Flexible Media: Owned the design vision for personalised media experiences (AI/personalisation); secured business-wide funding and executive buy-in to roll out features across BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds.
- AI in Production: Designed AI-assisted authoring and editing tools with risk-analysis guardrails for BBC journalists.

Aug 2016 – May 2022 • 5 yrs 10 months- Oversaw the design strategy and user experience for the BBC's internal systems portfolio, managing a team of 5–10 designers and researchers.
- Service Design Leadership: Introduced and championed the service design discipline at the BBC; created in-house training programmes and upskilled 100+ designers and stakeholders across the organisation.

- Metadata Transformation: Re-architected the BBC's metadata ecosystem ("Passports"), deploying new end-to-end tooling across 6M+ content items to radically improve recommendations and content discovery.
- Editorial Workflows: Designed modern article, image, and video management systems used daily by 5,000+ BBC journalists worldwide.
- IntGEL Design System: Initiated and led the creation of the BBC's first internal design system and React component library, powering 20+ enterprise tools.
